What is a girl to do when she has a zillion Victoria's Secret coupons? I take a field trip to Valley Fair and make a huge haul, fashionCHICsta style! My intention was to purchase 1 bra and body mist but I ended up with 3 bras, 4 pairs of panties and a body mist! See, my plan shifted after I received an email alerting me to a deep discount on the Lacie panties, starting the next day. It was an amazing deal, originally retailing for $14.50 each I was able to grab 3 for $5 each. I chose Liberty Lane Floral , Pink Lace Up Back , Orange Mesh Cross Dye Dot . All Hiphugger style.

I was semi tempted to make a Victoria's Secret purchase this morning when my email alerted me to a bonus Secret Reward card but I held off. Then LikeACoupon shared a code and suggestions to score $10 off a bra and a free panty so I pounced! I'm awaiting $75.50 in treasures for only $34.49. Holla!! Rose Lace Plunge Bra This bra was the suggested purchase. From the Pink collection it retails for $24.50 and the $10 off promo brought it down to $14.50. Featuring a deep plunge and pretty allover lace. Softly lined for no-show coverage. I chose Seafoam, pictured, it's super pretty.

Why the sudden insurgence of lingerie on my Instagram account? Simple. Women are beautiful. I buy lingerie for me, not for him. I buy it to make me feel beautiful, to make me feel sexy, to make me feel glamorous. He benefits from my heightened self-confidence while I benefit from his awareness. Lingerie is a multibillion dollar sector and clearly we don't talk enough about our unmentionables. Why not? The garments that we display in our haul videos only look as good as the pieces we are wearing underneath. Long overdue are the conversations that move us from beautiful to sexy. I'm ready to start talking. Are you?

It's true. I was able to get 2 pairs of Legging Jeans, one in neon pink cord and the other in pale salmon pink cord, for free . My boyfriend purchased a $100 giftcard to +Gap   as one of my Christmas presents and as a bonus he received a $15 giftcard. Of course as the excellent boyfriend that he is, he gave that to me too! 

I have a strange addiction for +Victoria's Secret   swimwear. I have had great success with the quality of fabrics, their longevity without fading and the mix and match pieces that carry from season to season. I wait for swim to go on clearance and then scoop pieces up cheap, like the top and bottom that I can pair with other pieces in my personal collection. And then there was the sequin skirt.... It all happened when I went to Swatch to to take advantage of the free Dr. Swatch battery swaps. Headed back to my car I passed Victoria's Secret and BAM! #RaiderNation gear! I was pretty excited to see the Raiders tops in person as I find the Pink collection is not consistent with sizing. Case in point, I had to return my medium for a small. This dusty black pullover features a slight ombre and is crafted of a cotton polyester blend. With long sleeves, this lightweight tee is very soft and lands just past my hips. Retailing for $49.50, order 1 size down. It did not shrink when washed.

This was great timing. I needed new under thingies and Victoria's Secret was running their  Buy 1 Bra Get 1 for 50% Off. Since I am small chested, I have to order my bras online, the stores do not carry small cup sizes. Stop discriminating against the itty bitty titty comity, Victoria's Secre t!! Joking aside, I got some beautiful bras and I also picked up 3 Lacie Hipsters for $33. Together these items pushed me over the threshold to gain their Black Friday Beauty Bag packed with:

I was in Valley Fair last Friday for what turned out to be Victoria's Secret soft re-grand opening.  The remodeled store looks HOT!   It's not 100% complete, what was the original Pink shop is still closed   There are some odd design choices, in my opinion, such as fitting rooms by the front door, seen all the way to the right of the picture, with white doors.  But the look is fresh and sexy.  I'm sure when they complete and open the entire store in October, it will be worth the wait - and the sacrifice...  Gorgeous white furniture flank the sales floor, boudoir style.

It's true.  Wearing the right bra and lifting the girls from your waist will instantly make you look 10 pounds thinner.  Plus you will stand a little more straight making you taller. 1) Diversify. You need 6 styles in your bra wardrobe: Smooth, strapless, sporty, sexy, t-back and a leisure bra; comfortable and soft. 2) Hit the Sweet Spot. Your nipple should line up half way between your elbow and your shoulder.  If it doesn't you could be wearing the wrong bra.

I do not understand why we spend so much money on bras to lift our boobs and creams that promise to lift our skin, yet fail to spend a penny on additional shapewear to lift our self confidence. These aren't your Granny's panties ladies!  Gone is the girdle!  Burned are the over-the-shoulder-bolder-holder!  Shapeware has gone hi-tech!  Solutions that include waist cinchers, tummy tamers, thigh shapers and booty boosters!
