Inside was a full size bottle of Power Clutch , a striking deep grey-green, perfect for Winter. I start with 1 coat of Nailtiques Formula 2 followed by 2 coats of Power Clutch. The polish applies evenly, smoothly and streak-free. I top it with 1 coat of Butter LONDON Hardware quick dry topcoat.
