Luminous Creme Lights by 100% Pure.

Of course I had to have all 3, I am the self proclaimed queen of shimmer. Silky, illuminating creme gives you an instant, candlescent glow. 1000's of light reflective pigments highlight and gives your skin extra radiance. All natural formula infused with antioxidants and is entirely free of all toxins. Click image to enlarge for detail. Presenting Starlight , Moonlight and Northern   Light , 3 Luminous Creme highlighting products by  +100% Pure . With a doe foot applicator, they are in the same vessel as the Brightening Concealer which makes applying  Luminous Creme  easy and effortless.

Marvelous Moxie in Maverick by Bare Minerals

Thick not sticky, this lipgloss has a noticeable pepperminty feeling. Even though my lips feel like their being plumped, there isn't any burning. The formula provides a refreshing sensation so you know it's working . With an unusually long terry cloth applicator this formula provides high shine - thanks to the blend of shea, avocado, and murumuru butters - and moderate coverage. Maverick , described as a rosewood shimmer, is a gorgeous shade. A pure neutral for every skin tone.

Pink Bikini from Lucy B's Apothecary

I think it's all in the details. The right ones complete the experience, like the surprise that greets you when you open the box. And it doesn't stop there. The tube of Lucy B's Apothecary Pink Bikini features a sweet affirmation, too! You can find the sweet message on my Instagram page.

Knackered by Butter London

The first thing I said to Franci when I spotted this lacquer by +butter LONDON   was, 'This looks like the Milky Way!' Knackered is described as a sheer, twinkling oyster shade flecked with micro glitter particles . The purple gray base dances beautifully against the glitter. Don't let the word glitter scare you off; it was very easy to remove. I applied 3 coats of Knackered so the opacity matches the bottle as I am not one for sheer shades. Like all of my experiences with Butter London, it applied cleanly, leveled evenly and lasted 36 hours before it started chipping. This is a delicious shade that you should add to your collection. I rate Knackered 4.5 stars out of 5. xoxo •Nancy-Lee

experiMYNTing with LVX

How delicious. Mynt by LVX . Stimulating and revitalizing, this cool mint is the perfect summer pastel. Mynt pays homage to the significant prevalence of green this season. Invigorating and powerful, this serene green will prevail as a top choice for the warm summer days that are ahead of us. Created for a Summer fling, I found Mynt to be far more valuable a shade of green this Winter. I paired 2 coats of this divine cream with 3 coats of Trixie by Zoya . This combo lasted 2.5 days before small chips appeared. You know my addiction to LVX , a 5-Free vegan lacquer company whose small batch shades are inspired by runway trends. If you haven't made a purchase, you should: you will not be disappointed! Rating 4.5 out of 5 stars, Mynt is available on www.ShopLVX.com for $16.00. Comment below and tell me which LVX shades you've experienced. +1 this post to share the swatch with your circle. xoxo •Nancy-Lee

DECOrating with Alchemy and LVX

Tantalizing and feminine, Deco is a vibrant coral . I love this creamy shade. It applies cleanly and streak-free needing 2 coats for full opacity and has a quick dry-down. I accent this look with Alchemy , a flamboyant gold . I like it so much I won't buy any other gold as they could never top this one. Also covering opaquely with 2 coats, it dries shiny and amazing. Deco and Alchemy lasted 3 days before the first chips appeared. Simply delicious. I love these shades apart as much as I love them together. I rate Deco 4.5 out of 5 stars and Alchemy a coveted 5 stars. I'll get much more wear out of Alchemy . Comment below and tell me which LVX (pronunced Luxe) shades you own or have used and don't forget to +1 to share the swatches with your circles! xoxo •Nancy-Lee

Over the Top, Gatsby style

Yes, there is a difference between Over The Top root lift spray and 'hairspray '. Holding the can about 3" away, I spray directly at my roots and use my fingers in a shake-lift motion to lift my hair adding height and volume. Over The Top does not leave my hair or fingers sticky like hairspray, it feels more like it has been treated with a dry shampoo that stiffens. Like all GG Gatsby products, this root lifting spray smells like a very light citrus floral. UV filters protect colour from fading and it is p araben and phthalate free . Since I am channeling David Bowie , Over The Top is my new 4.5 star BFF! And my hair even matches the can! Shazam! I won this $12.99 wonder from a GG Gatsby Instagram giveaway and I will absolutely replenish once it is gone. Or they have a sale I can't resist! And since it is available in Target, replenishment just became easier!! xoxo •Nancy-Lee

Centering my GingerChi

Handcrafted in New York Ginger has been known for centuries for its therapeutic properties. The warm spiciness of ginger enhances skin tone, boosts circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid, increasing the body’s ability to eliminate toxins and absorb vital nutrients. Rich in antioxidants, ginger slows the aging process, regulates our digestion and can help to alleviate pain and inflammation in muscle and connective tissue. Chi the life force present in all living things; look at the nature of yin and yang. This eternal symbol of balance is comprised of two opposing yet complementary forces. GingerChi's goal is to strive for balance since when Chi flows freely, we experience optimal health, well-being and vitality.

Shillelagh, my second Ninja Polish.

I am pretty much addicted to this line of lacquer. My second from Ninja Polish , out of several in queue, I bring you Shillelagh (pronounced shuh-LAY-lee). From the Enigma collection, Shillelagh plays homage to it's Irish roots through a rainbow of greens. It took 2 coats for full opacity, dried pretty quick and lasted for 3 days before it chipped. Retailing for $11 you can see the entire 4-free Ninja Polish collection here . This bottle is a dupe for the bottle OPI uses . I rate Shillelagh 4.5 stars out of 5. Out of my personal nail polish collection, this is my favourite shade of green. While perfect for St. Patricks Day, I found it quite appropriate to wear it to Wizard of Oz , too! xoxo •Nancy-Lee

Having Rubellite Dreams with Ninja Polish

This is one sexy shade of red. Rubellite Dreams is from NinjaPolish.com 's Gemstone Dreams collection. The red is true, not too blue not too orange, just stunning. It's kissed by silver shimmer that is more obvious in the bottle but offers depth once on the nail. This is not a glittery polish but one that glistens. The pro brush made of an easy, streak-free application and it only required 2 coats for full opacity. 5Free it retails for $9 and lasted 3 full days before the first chip appreared. I can't wait to wear it again! I rate Rubellite Dreams 4.5 stars out of 5. Love love love.

Worth The ChromeGirl Wait

Worth The Wait is a secret keeper. It's not black, it's not brown and its not wine. It's the best of all those shades. I applied 2 coats of Worth The Wait and topped my ring finger with Essie Matte About You and my other digits with ChromeGirl's high shine top coat.

Have an Endless Summer with ChromeGirl

This was both fun and easy! I stared with 2 coats of Endless Summer by ChromeGirl and once it fully dried it painted Schmexy on to the thin side of a foundation wedge and sponged on, starting with the base of my nail for full opacity and worked the sponge up the nail giving it more of a tie-dye finish where the 2 shades met in the middle. See my review of Schmexy, here. Endless Summer is a taxi cab yellow with a thin veil of golden shimmer for depth. This is one of those shades the is seasonless; rock it with a maxidress during the summer and pair it with burnt orange or pine grove green in the cooler months.

Jaded Jack, Lime Lacquer.

Opaque, lime green crème. Unsung British rock hero. I love this shade of acidic lime green. It will pair amazingly with navy, white and gold. Per my usual I start with Butter London 's Nail Foundation and 2 coats of Jaded Jack . Two coats is all it took for pure opacity. I wait 2 minutes between each coat and finish with Butter London 's Hardwear topcoat. The creamy finish is mostly matte, there is a little sheen but I could see the finish dulling quickly, another reason I added a high shine topcoat.

Winning Miss Congeniality

If you remember, my excursion through CosmoprofLV lead me to Color Secrets , a multi-purpose lacquer line from a conscious brand, offering a full array of fashion forward colors that are always on trend, beautifying nails at the same time treating them with the utmost care. I was offered two bottles from this 3-free line of nail lacquer, to review and provide swatches and you can discover the additional 66 shades on their site for only $2.99. Click picture to enlarge for detail. I am featuring Miss Congeniality first. It is  constructed of a neon pink translucent shimmer base with small iridescent glitter. This lacquer covers quite opaquely with only 2 coats. I added a top coat to lock in shine and it lasted 2.5 days before it chipped and I wore it while toting wedding gowns for Brides Against Breast Cancer for 4 hours!

Celeste, an Infamous Intrepid Blue by LVX.

Luminous and powerful, this tranquil shade pays tribute to Callais, the infamous intrepid blue from our debut Summer Collection. With complex white undertones, Celeste is expressive and dynamic. Pair this cool blue with vibrant coral, like our very own Deco. This shade deserves to be decorated. Even as a standout on it's own, Celeste wants a wing man. As always, I started with a base coat, this time I chose Nailtiques Formula2 , followed by 2 smooth coats of Celeste and topped it off with Butter London Hardware top coat. This shade lasted 2 days before small chips started to make their appearance on the edge of my nails. Celeste is a beautiful shade and I cant wait to pump it up with something else.... I own Deco , too! Retailing for $16, I rate this 5-free vegan nail polish 4.5 stars. The LVX collections are always bottle true, easy to apply & remove and the fashion forward shades add a new level of modern-classic accessory to my nail ...

You're Flirty for a First Timer, said Essie.

F resh. F un. F abulous. T ry something totally unexpected like this adorable newbie green nail lacquer and you'll want to do it again and again. How awesome is this m inty green ? It's just screaming to be paired with a pair of navy sailor pants a nd a white shirt with a pop of yellow from your choice in sho e. The second I saw this in CVS , I had to have it. I haven't purchase d Essie in a few mont hs so this was a nice treat and  fun switch up. And I didn't purchase it al one: Come Here! came with us. I started with Nail Foundation and added 2 coats of First Timer , with 2 minutes between coat 1 and 2. The finish is creamy and even without streaking and completely opaque. it dried quickly and evenl y and I topped it with Hard ware ensuring a shiny, protective t op seal. First Timer wore well for a 3-Free polish. It lasted 2.5 days before it showed a small chip . This is a gorgeous shade and I am glad that I was able to add i t to my co...

Turn on Stila's Chandelier and Come Here! exclaimed Essie.

I am having so much fun with nautical this year and all the shades that are generally associated with Spring time, like coral and poppy. Come here! is outrageously outspoken, this nearly neon coral nail polish makes it perfectly clear: nobody does it better. I start with Nailtiques Formula2 as my base coat and apply 2 coats of Come here! waiting 2 minutes between coats. I spice this look up with the addition of Chandelier by Stila Cosmetics on my ring finger . I t's such a glam accent. Identified as having a clear base with a strong silver presence and polychromatic assortment of glitter , 3 coats complete the opaque look I am going for. I apply this over Nailtiques alone, not on top of Come Here! I want a pure look not a top coat e ffect. I adore this look , the creamy and the shiny work so well toge ther . xoxo • Nancy-Lee

Cerulean an Audacious Intricate Polish.

This audacious blue is an amazing statement color for the season. Cerulean is intricate, inviting and is the perfect cool bright addition into our Spring palette. This groundbreaking blue pairs well with pristine white and shades of golden yellow. If you follow me on Instagram, you know this is my favourite shade at the moment. I have worn it 5 times in as many weeks - I just can't get e nough. I am almost addicted to Cerulean . It's bright but not ne on. It's perfect for spring/summer but can punch up a Winter White wardrobe. Another easy applicatio n, Cerulean goes on cleanly and streak-free with only 2 coats. I find this has the best finish if you apply it thinly and use three strokes . The creamy finish is completely opaque and lasts 2.5 - 3 days before chipping. Another LVX winner!! 4.5 out of 5 stars. Here's the real deal: you must start with a base co at - Cerulean stains your nails. If you forget and staining occurs, u...

Fantom. A combination of all colours.

This timeless and elegant classic grounds our everyday life. White nails have taken the elements of the traditional French manicure and morphed it into a youthful, modern and chic look. Pair this ever so classic yet edgy look with bright and romantic colors such as emerald and indigo . This is a show stopper of a shade. Every time I have it on people comment, 'Ohhh, white nails!' What I love most about Fantom by LVX is the creamy, shiny shade. This isn't your grade-school I-just-painted-my-nails-with-White-Out white, this is streak free, 5-free chip resistant shade we have been looking for! Check out my Instagram... I used Fantom for my first nail art! Start with a base coat and apply only 2 shades of Fantom ; this is one of those less is more products. Finish with a top coat and done ! Sexy, unexpected POW!
