I'm not sure when or where I picked up this tip for it is not mine, originally. I don't always use it but when I take the time to do it - my mani lasts 2 days longer. I apply my base coat as ususal and allow it 2 full minutes to dry. Then I paint the edge of my nail and the tips only with one coat of the colour that I am wearing. I let that dry for 2 minutes. Then I apply 2 - 3 coats of my preferred shade as I would normally and follow up with my top coat. That's it! You might say to your self - why not paint 3 full coats? Because polish stays the longest when it seals over the edges of the cost underneath.Please leave me a comment and let me know if you tried it and did it work for you!
