Getting my Pretty Back with Molly Ringwald

Yep, she's signing the book you're going to win!

June 14th Molly Ringwald and her eldest daughter, Mathilda, stopped by Benefit Cosmetics in San Francisco for a mini Q&A and Book signing event.  Featuring "Getting the Pretty Back" in soft cover, I was fortunate enough to be able to attend with my good friend and resident +1, Fawn, where I had a book signed and a picture taken!

Champagne Spritzers, shopping and suntans!

In case you missed out on Beautisol's Facebook Fan Appreciation party last night,  let me fill you in:  It was fabulous.  So make sure you head over to their Facebook page and 'like' them so you don't miss another one!

Cupcakes, cookies, shopping, spray tans and a champagne spritzer, hosted by Beauty Company in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco.  This quaint shop with the orangesicle canopy features brands like Karin Herzog, Baxter, Hempz, Pre de Provence and OPI.  In addition to retail, Beauty Company features a hair salon, relaxing mani/pedi stations and a full service tanning floor.

Kathleen Neves & myself both scored OPI

Deals for Him too 75¢ per Bottle!

Only if the deal is too sweet will I buy him body wash, since he prefers bar soap. Thinking there's already 5 body washes in his stockpile... I won't buy anymore.... coupons made the OOP too good to pass.

$2.55 MoneyMaker at CVS

I love shopping at CVS, it is my favourite place.  Actually, the people in my location make the store enjoyable.  Here was a quick haul at the end of June while I had a small break from school one afternoon:

What's Better Than FREE? Making 8¢

Thats right! I was 'paid' 8¢ to take these 8 bottles of KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce from Target with a retail value of $12.64!  How?  They are regularly $1.58 and we're on sale for 99¢ - I had eight (8)  MFcoupons for $1.00 off per bottle.  The 8¢ overage went to the rest of my bill!
