Trust Me, It's Not Good Till the Last Drop.

Have you noticed this on the back or your skincare and cosmetics? Basically, it's the 'Good For __ Months' after you have opened a product. 6M = 6 Months, 12M = 12 Months etc.

When was the last time you cleaned out and purged old makeup and lingering skincare?   It might seem like a daunting task if you're just discovered that cosmetics have an expiration date but I have easily broken down what and when it needs to go.
No matter how much product is remaining in the vessel.

Tell me this 5 Star Product wasn't *Discontinued*

So I have heard through the grapevine that this amazing product has been discontinued.  If your local counter is sold out I have an option for you:  The Cosmetic Company Store is an Estee Lauder, Inc outlet (@Premium Outlets) for EL brands; Clinique, MAC, Origins, Bobbi Brown, Prescriptives and of course Estee Lauder, just to name a few.

Available in 2 shades, I chose the Invisible Light for my moderately fair skin tone.  It looks a little pink when you squeeze it from the tube but completely and invisibly melts into the skin with a velvety feeling finish.  Since you need a tiny amount, this tube will last forever.

Maybelline Fit Me Pressed Powder

I chose #130 Buff Beige. The compact is 2.5" x .75" with a 1.5" square window that allows you to see the shade and how much product is remaining. The compact is bi-level, open it to reveal the powder on top then lift at the hinge to reveal the powder poof and full size mirror.

I like the fact the puff is in a separate compartment - it keeps my oil off of the powder plus I do not have to keep track of that thin piece of plastic you get with other compacts.  You know, the one that always ends up on the bathroom floor.  The puff is terry-like. It is very soft and grabs a good amount of powder. It can be cleaned or replaced. (Replacements sold separately.)

CoverGirl Eye Tropical Fusion #205

This pallet looks theatrical, almost scary - who can use these colours?!  Well, they are not highly pigmented and go on quite sheer.  I would use these as blending shades to your higher pigmented shadows.  From left to right, electric blue, teal, orange sorbet and lime green.
