Living in Florida for more than 20 years, I have seen my fair share of flamingos. They always conjure happy memories of time spent with my grandparents in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale during Summer vacation. And even though our home wasn't privy to these lawn ornaments, I sure hope my wardrobe is lucky enough to flaunt this modern day version by Kate Spade.

Shoe Clips Grown Up.
I was reminiscing of a time filled with taffeta. When prom-bomb in hand, I would set out on my next task: spinning the racks at Bakers, looking for the perfect set of shoe clips. They had to accessorize my freshly dyed heels with glitz but not distract from the glam of my gown.
Fast forward 19 years. I'm scanning through the mental inventory of my footwear, hoping I have a few optional uses for these delicious clips.
Glimmering tufts from Twigs & Honey for BHLDN. These clips are constructed of glass crystals, metal, hand-dyed feathers and polyester. Handmade in USA this exquisite set is featured in Blue and retails for $80, online only. Perhaps they can double as hat pins, scarf clips or a broach.

SAY YES TO CLEAR. Roller Ball Spot Stick
Acne suffers, say Yes To Tomatoes Roller Ball Spot Stick. This 97% natural product has been 100% effective treating and ridding my acne. Purchased @Target for $9.99 it rivals any department store brand that I have used - which have also cost twice as much.
The 2% Salicylic Acid formula treats acne at the source by providing exfoliation of the upper epidermis - this prevents the pores of the skin from getting clogged up and being infected with bacteria. In addition, a blend of Ginger and Bisabolol have anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties.
